Healthy brown bread, honestly this is so easy to make. Try it and let me know how you get on!

💪get up and make this.
💪While baking do 20-30 mins exercise and work up an appetite to thoroughly enjoy your freshly baked bread for breakfast
3 cups wholemeal flour
1 cup oats
1 cup wheatgerm
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup flaxseeds
1/2 cup buckwheat
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp treacle
Mix all dry ingredients together
Add wet ingredients (you can heat treacle 10secs in microwave if you wish. It will mix easier. I didn’t do that)
Grease 2 lb loaf tin or 2 x 1lb loaf tins
Bake 30-35 mins at 190c
I altered this bread from yesterday morning by adding more seeds. This is completely optional what you want to add in or omit.
Kids verdict: yesterday bread was nicer as less seeds 😂, but still love it.
My verdict : far nicer. Superior texture
Adding all these seeds is extending your Nutritional quality of the bread with Omega 3s, B vits, antioxidants, fibre, protein and plant compounds.
Mixing seeds enables you to meet full compliment of essential amino acids (protein building blocks)
