Want to try something quick and tasty??
I whizzed this up in under 30 mins tonight.

👉Turn your oven onto 190/200°c
👉Cut slits in your chicken
👉Smooth over pesto (I used the sundried tomato pesto), making sure it falls into the slits as well
👉Cover in tin foil and bake for 20 mins
👉Chop your veg and gently stir fry in a splash of olive oil (approx desertspoon oil, no more required). I used celery, red pepper, courgette, red onion and garlic with sumac spice
👉Boil water and add tagliatelle or pasta of choice for 7 mins.
👉Grate rind of lemon over cooked chicken and squeeze full lemon on top.
👉Return to oven
👉Drain pasta and stir in pesto
👉Take veggies off heat
👉 Add grated cheese to chicken (Optional) ive kids who want it and others that don’t 😂

Great family food and fast with little wash up after. That gets 3 big ticks in my eyes 🤣🤣🤣🤪

Clean plates, all happy and what’s more it’s providing a great mix of nutrients and you FeelGood after it.
