Scones just out of oven. I was asked my recipie before and I didn’t know as I just added this and that 😂 so today I measured

500g oats blended in food processor
2 desertspoons wheatgerm
2 desertspoon chia seeds (I used the ones with blueberry)

Mix dry ingredients then add

25g butter (rub in or blitz 8n food processor)

Add small pot of natural yoghurt and 1 egg
Blitz in food processor or mix with spoon in a bowl

Add in 500ml milk. Mix then turn onto floured worktop.

I then grated an apple onto this and kneaded. Flattened and made 13 scones.

Brush with beaten egg

Bake at 190c for 20 mins 😋😋
