Where it began

My journey began at U.C.C., where I immersed myself in the world of Nutritional Science, laying a strong foundation for my career.

When the pandemic hit, I seized the opportunity to broaden my expertise and became a certified strength and conditioning coach, adding a new dimension to my skill set.

Driven by an unquenchable thirst for knowledge, I pursued further education and earned a diploma in Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching.

My commitment to a holistic approach to wellness led me to become a certified yoga instructor, and I didn’t stop there.

I expanded my yoga qualifications with certifications in restorative yoga and chair yoga, ensuring a comprehensive and inclusive approach to my classes.

Cooking has always been a cornerstone of my life, a passion nurtured from a young age alongside my mother.

I am dedicated to sharing the art of nutritious and delicious eating, helping others to discover the joy and benefits of a healthy diet.

I run several cookery workshops and also visit schools to provide nutrition education and healthy food demos.

In July 2024, I am excited to launch my Taste and Tipple Tours, a unique offering that combines food and drink experiences with the rich culture of Clonakilty along with nutrition education on these tours.

These tours are designed to provide a holistic experience, blending culinary delights with cultural immersion and wellness insights.
