  • Taste and Tipple Tours FAQ

What to Expect: Enjoy a fun-filled afternoon savoring a variety of local produce. You’ll learn about the history and nutritional benefits of the food and drinks. Delight in local fish and beef, turmeric lattes, energy balls, and sourdough breads with hummus and pesto. The tour concludes with a visit to the Clonakilty Distillery and a taste of locally produced Minke Gin.

Duration: The tour lasts 4 hours, starting at 2 pm and finishing at 6pm. Every Wednesday for July and August.

Itinerary: The tour includes 8 stops, with varying amounts of time spent at each location. We’ll walk between stops and enjoy music and dance surprises along the way to keep the afternoon lively and fun.

    Booking:

Tours can be booked on the events.

Private Bookings: Private tours are available for groups of 8-10 people. Contact us to schedule a private tour on a date of your choice.

  • Activator Pole Classes "A pole lot of fun" FAQ

    Are poles provided?

Yes I supply all the poles and adjust to suit your height at our activator pole classes.

Can I bring my own poles?

If you have activator poles already you can. If you are using walking poles, these wouldn’t be suitable for the session as they have different features that wouldn’t work with the exercise class I will be delivering.

How are activator poles different to other poles?

The handle and grip is different, allowing for a more relaxed arm. The base of the pole has a wider tip, ensuring greater support when walking

What’s the difference between walking without poles to walking with activator poles?

Using the poles ensures better posture, greater rotation and use of many more muscles. When used correctly, activator poles turn a simple walk into a full-body workout, strengthening your heart, lungs, and improving overall endurance.

  • Chair Yoga FAQ
